Each puff brings a lot of harm to your lungs and you can see it yourself.
Nowadays, visualizing is a very popular and what is more important an effective technique. Many smokers understand it clearly for the first time in life. Nobody persuades them – simply shows the truth.
One more important fact is that a number of smokers aren’t pleased with
smoking. They do it not for pleasure. They do not even notice very often the
number of smoked cigarettes. For some of them it’s a harmful habit.
