F2F Meeting 22 - 26 September 2008

ATG will hold its semi annual Face-To-Face meeting at the ACORD headquarters in Pearl River NY 22 -26 September 2008.  The meeting will start at 9am on the 22nd and continue through 16:00 on the 26th.  All interested parties are asked to send notice of intent to attend to Jostein Fromyr.  Attendees must also register for security purposes by sending an email to scayron@acord.org and cc kanderson@acord.org 

Logistics

In order to allow you booking for the September meeting, here is an information brochure with directions to the ACORD Pearl River office, hotels, taxi or limousine service contact. You may want to book early to avoid airline price increases.Pearl River isn't easily accessible by public transport, so you should plan to book a limousine from the airport or to hire a car. Newark and La Guardia are the closest airports. The Pearl River Hilton hotel is at a walking distance from the office and the Park Ridge Marriott requires a 10 min drive. For both hotels, ask for ACORD corporate rates as indicated in the brochure.
